Do you have black belts in multiple arts and fight in regulated professional matches...or do you just backyard brawl with the local kids from your neighborhood?
do regular endurance/cardio activities (running, jump rope) and core excersizes (plank) and continue doing this. Full body workouts wouldn't hurt either as you are using pretty much all your main muscles. Try some Whey Protein shakes you can buy at GMC and other 'healthy' stores. It increases your metabolism (lose more calories) and muscle growth.
Along to what she said try working out with reduced oxygen
you can do this by
working out with a mouth guard on
working out with you mouth taped shut so you can only breath through your nose
or working out with a full snorkle mask on
This will prevent your body from getting a good supply of oxygen, by doing this you will simulate what happens when you get gassed. this helps teach your body how to work with lower amounts of oxygen
note: long slow jogs will not help your the endurance you need during a fight. jogs will help you to keep going at a slow speeds long period of times. what you need is to be able to go harder for shorter periods of times, for that you need to do sprints.

Cardio! thats where you get endurance. run about 8 miles every other day.
I do also agree with the snorkle technique. thats what wanderlei silva does, so hell, it must work.
are you dumb , by mma endurance you should mean your cardio. and to train your cardio you have more jogging , go longer miles 4 times a week
