As for Islam being a Governmental Structure pretending it is a religion? Well, Religion has historically been used as a dominant feature in many Governmental structures. That is Why the First Amendment address that issue. Religion and Government both work to support a reasonable society, so overlaps in methods and rules are obviously going to occur.

The leader of Egypt is Muslim but he called for a reformation of Islam. Burning a Muslim alive is a sign of barbarism and against the laws of Islam.
