I am 15, 5'11, and am in good shape. I want to gain muscle mass, and definition. I am wondering if the p90x product would be safe for me, and does it truly show results?
i imagine you should attend till you advance slightly more advantageous, i have heard lifting weights can stunt your enhance. i'm ninety 5% confident that determining using in simple terms your body (like doing push ups, sit down ups, etc) gained't stunt your enhance though. At your age, i advice doing insanity over p90x (in case you could also do it, that's). i'm doing insanity in the present day and it is particularly severe.

only if you don't do it in a room lined glass shards.....you wont gain much muscle mass on p90x. just a lot of definition.
