That's totally normal. It is called a keloid, and they are very common after getting a nose piercing. Just keep cleaning it everyday and only touch it when you are turning it daily ( you have to turn it daily so your skin won't grow over the piercing or around it. Good luck, but if it starts to be really painful see your doctor!

It could be a keloid. These bumps happen when the skin starts regrowing and healing it's self wrong. You can crush up aspirin and mix with water to make into a paste. Put this on before you go to bed every night. or you can try tea tree oil about 3 times a day. Both treatments take awhile.
