Yesterday (Friday), during lunch I had a whole grapefruit, and a few slices of pizza. I ate the entire grapefruit first, then the Pizza. My upper row of teeth were so sensitive, that I couldn't bite through the slice. Today most of them are back to normal, except for my right bicuspid.
What's wrong? I've started using sensodine, but is there anything else I can do to feel better?

Your teeth is probably sensitive from the grapefruit since it is very acidic and can wear down your enamel. Try to avoid eating anything that is very acidic for a while and see if your sensitivity goes away.
