Omg I know exactly how you feel, I can get the worst cramps ever! I usually sit in a ball with my arms around my legs, with my back facing the sky, if you can picture that, lol.

Try just relaxing and not thinking about it.

Eat yogurt. Mix plain yogurt will sugar or honey, and eat. It feels sooo much better.

Mixing water, lemon juice, and honey, then heating it up.

Try a heating pad on your stomach, this works.

periods cause so much pain and frankly the majority of the time you just have to ride it out, sorry, but its the truth. when i first started i was okay but when i came on after my first period i actually felt sick and couldn't walk ... guys are so lucky :/ i use ibuprofen, best painkillers out there, well i think so.

you could always go to the doctors, couple of my friends have done that but not for pain :/ it seems really bad now and frankly you just have to ride it out sorry ...

Don't drink tea or eat salty things because it makes it worse!!
