Too late to sue doc? ?
In April of 2007 I went to my doc on Nellis afb for abdominal pains and he ordered a pregnancy test that came back negative and then the next month he ordered a ct scan and a sonogram and they still didn't find anything at all. Then in July he ordered an MRI and he never once mentioned my being pregnant. Then in October I took another pregnancy test that came back positive and my daughter was born in January. When she turned 3 she was diagnosed with mild autism. Is it too late for me to sue the doctor for never telling me I was pregnant?

truthfully this would have been an horrific twist of destiny, did the scientific expert clarify what got here approximately? i think very sorry on your son, yet no longer something will take the scar away, and a minimum of you have a stay little one boy. all the anger interior the worldwide won't substitute something.
I would say call a lawyer and talk to them. They'll be honest with you. They won't want to take on a case that won't stand in court.
