Why do liberals call conservatives?

A whole bunch of names and insults when they disagree with them. When conservatives try to reason with liberals, they get insulting and refuse to listen. I guess civil discourse with liberals is impossible.

If not, I can prove it. It seems like every time a Conservative speaker is invited to speak at a University, the ill-bred Libby students disrupt the speech for which the speaker was INVITED to give. These intolerant, badly-behaved, classless Libby students can't stand for a Conservative to speak his mind. Now be honest... have you ever heard of Conservative students disrupting a speech? I haven't, and if you're honest you'll have to concede this point: Liberals simply do not put much emphasis on living in a civil society.

And Reagan was the best President of the century. Every poll puts him in the top three.... every poll.

What are you talking about. Civil discourse! You guys have three shows dedicated to insulting, using rhetoric, and insulting. (Ex, Jon Stewert, Stephan Colbert, and of course the biggest jerk of them all BILL MAHER). Conservatives are always being accused of racism and rhetoric, yet no one notices when Bill maher said he wished dick cheney would die, or celbrated when jerry falwell died. Or how about when ed shultz said he wanted to rip out dick Cheney's heart and play ball with it, when Cheney was having heart problems. If you guys started using civil discourse and didn't make fun of our beliefs, wish we were dead, or called us names and insults. Then I would sit down and listen to your guys's views. But as of right now, it's liberals using retorhic and hatefilled speech. You didn't give any sources or information of conservatives insulting liberals. You give me one reference to death said by a conservative commentator. I DARE YOU.

I hear many Conservatives say the very same thing about Democrats. So what issue did you want to discuss?

I haven't encountered much in the way of reason from a liberal, do you have an example? Also I counter your argument first then call you names(usually because the question is asked in a hostile way), the name calling isnt the basis of my argument its just the cherry on top of the sundae so to speak.
