Why do my joints constantly pop??
I have had joint pain in my knees, ankles, hips, shoulders, elows, and wrist for fours years and im only seventeen. The doctors are unsure whats wrong or whats causing it. the pain is similar it arthritis pain and is always present. Its usually mild but can worsen it the blink of an eye and it sometimes overwhelming. My joints constantly pop, my shoulder pops almost every time i move it and my other joints also constantly pop all day long

Sorry I can't explain it...but I have the same thing. Since I pulled my shoulders out of their sockets...they pops and they are sore sometimes. My hips pop sometimes when I get up or if I bend to pick something up, my knees pop everynow and then, my wrists pop if I'm on the computer for a long period of time, my ankles pop and my knees pop too. My doctor told me I have arthritis in my ankles and my wrists. But, I don't know the real reason why they pop.
consistent with probability you need to have greater potassium and water. and attempt ingesting milk too. in case you do unlike nicely-known milk attempt soy milk! My joints do the comparable stuff like as quickly as I arise sometimes they pop and im like wtf lol :)
