I am a little confused on how they blame the chemistry and the bad gameplay on the coach the majority of the time. another question i have is why is there always a team that never gets better?
..and in basketball what separates a good shooter from someone who makes lucky shots?

Well, done people are good and done are better. Coaches are there to teach new techniques and make their players better. You cant let your skills get rusty and you cant do the same play over and over again unless you want your team to get beaten. The players will be predictable. And coaches also kind of keep their team organized by telling the team how they should do something. Im not saying players cant do this themselves, but the athletes arent the only ones who think about what they could have done better. Coaches are usually experienced so they can provide a different view that can help the team.... Hope this makes sense.
