it maybe possible that your using to much tomato (fresh) if so try using more tomato purée less fresh just a small a mount will do............. home made pizza is a lot healthier then take away pizza so it's not always greasy depending what toppings you're using.

I have found that the more vegetable goodies that you put on a pizza, the wetter and less successful the pizza will be.

Onions, bell peppers and mushrooms all contain a lot of water, which is released as the items get hot.

There may be a way to parboil the veggies, then drain them on a towel or something before putting them onto the pizza. Personally I just limit those items and make sure they are well separated on the top of the pie.

This happens to me too!! It must be the fresh ingredients, and the fact that when I make my own I put LOADS of toppings on it... perhaps too much? But other than that, I'm not sure! Are you using pineapple? Maybe you need to squeeze it in a bit of paper towel to get excess moisture out?
