I've only been on birth control for almost a whole month. I'm on the 28 day pills so at the moment, i'm just finishing up the sugar pill week and about to start my 2nd pack. Well about a week into the birth control, I was very moody and emotional, then a couple days later, I started spotting. Then a week later, along with slight cramps in my stomach and back, I started my period. I've been on it now a little over a week. And btw, it was TWO weeks early, my period. I'm taking Levora and I got it from planned parenthood. I have no doctor to talk to either. I'm 18. So what should I do? Go to Planned Parenthood and get a different brand? and how long will my period be? I HATE it. I'm still cramping off and on and it's annoying.

Because you're only one month into the pills, I'd say don't worry about it. The pills take a while before they start really regulating your body. This is just your body adjusting to the extra hormones. Early or break-through bleeding in particular is very common in the very beginning.
If it continues this way after a second or third month, however, I'd talk to a gynecologist. He/She would be able to talk to you about different doses and brands (the dosage will likely make a bigger difference on your body than the brand will) and which once will probably work for you. This will probably work out for you better than just guessing on your own. The GYN would also be able to give you free samples to try and see which pill works best for you.
Finding a GYN shouldn't be too hard. Talk to other girls you know about who they go to. (even ask your friends who their mothers/aunts/ect go to, if you have to) If you do have a regular doctor, ask who they recommend. Planned Parenthood should also have a list of doctors you could see.
it can often take your body a few months to adjust to the oral contraceptive pill, spotting and cramps are VERY common... stick with it a bit longer if you can and things should settle down. As it is a combined pill (all the pills contain the same level of hormone) this should resolve itself pretty quickly, however if you are still experiencing spotting in a few months time you may need to switch brands but at this early stage i wouldnt stress!!! just use heat packs etc and analgesia /naprogesic to ease cramping for now :-)
often side outcomes will subside after 3 months. in the event that they do no longer, you will ought to alter. each variety influence different women individuals in yet otherwise, so in case you weren't in this variety final time, it relatively is why this tablet could be different.
