i started getting a cold a couple days ago. Las night I took "NyQuil severe". I woke up and my nose was very dry and stuffed. A couple hours later I got a nose bleed. Ive had two more nose bleeds since then in the same day. One happened after I sneezed and the other while I was blowing my nose. Not a big deal since the tiny capilaries in the nose can very easily rupture with hard sneezes or blowing. Unless you can't stop the bleeding it's nothing to worry about. Just pinch your nose below the bone that sunglasses rest on. Don't tilt your head back as that does nothing but make blood run down your throat. It will stop and maybe start again if you blow your nose. Try not to blow just dab at your nose gently. Feel better.
