Do i need my birth sertific to go back to mexico as a passport?
I want to go back to mexico but i don't have a passport because its over due. My mom told me i can use my birth sertific from mexico as my passport.

To my understanding children under 15 can use ust their birth certificate. But with all of the recent laws, I would be most comfortable waiting for your passport to arrive. Getting into Mexico wouldn't be my concern, but getting back into the U.S. would.
If you are a Mexican in the U.S. illegally, you may return to Mexico with your Mexican birth certificate...by LAND only.. If you are a green card holder, your green card is precisely what you need to travel to and from Mexico by any means. If you do not have a green card, you will not get back into the U.S.
