Does Canon's SD1100 IS camera support 8GB SanDisk SDHC Memory cards?
Buying a new camera, and I want a lot of memory so I can take pictures and movies, is the 8GB SanDisk SDHC card compatiable with Canon's SD1100 IS camera? (NOT THE MICRO SD CARD)
Yes as long as you get the right size card for it because there are three different SD card sizes on the market including the micro but im pretty sure you can get an 8 gb SD mini card
I currently have had the Canon SD950IS for couple of months now, and I use it with SanDisk Extreme III 4GB. Works great! I totally love my camera as it is my 4th digital camera. I had Olympus as my first two, then Sony (only for a month, the video quality/function was ****), fell in love with this one the Canon SD950IS! If I were to get the latest next digital camera, I'd go for Canon again.
