I work with a guy who's extremely psycho-analytic, paranoid, and very neurotic. He talks a lot to other employees and always likes to ask questions all the time. Some of the questions are really just personal at times and likes to be noisy.
I try to say little to nothing to this guy and keep the conversations very general ... but sometimes this guy just gets on my nerves with all the damn questions he asks.
He's always thinking way too much into things and is always analyzing every single thing. He's always talking about other employees and is paranoid about upper management.
How do you deal with such an employee??

Maybe he needs to be replaced by someone who works harder and has less time to over think everything said to him.or get him a better tinfoil hat because the voices are getting thru to him.
well we will vote obama out of office in 2012 and a lot of his pals this Nov.
for your situation I would suggest pulling the guy aside and telling him, nicely, that he is a D-bag and needs to shut up just as I do every week when I, well actually my secretary, sends out letters to obama, pelosi, reid and any other nut job screw up in DC
Do his skills justify the disruption he causes? If so then get him some psychological help. If not then get rid of him and suggest he get some help.
Sounds like the entire 0bama administration.
With impeccable respect.
He will be your boss within 12 months.
I didn't know you had so much time to analyze this much about you " Fellow co worker " Where do you work buddy ?
First I would ask the question in the appropriate forum.
employee ? get rid of him/her as quick as possible..
give him a tin foil hat and take away his concealed weapon
