Ok I have been having a serious problem lately. So the first few weeks of school I got really sick and lost my appetite and I also haven't been lifting either. I have gotten better again and regained my appetite, however I keep having to poop a lot still. I don't know why, but I have been having a lot of problems having to poop so much ever since last year. It can't be my diet can it? I am 17 years old, I am young so my diet shouldn't be so effective on my body now? I know it's not the most healthy diet in the world but it's not THAT bad, no worse than most teens my age. Besides I have a really fast metabolism so it's always been hard for me to gain weight anyway. I am 5'8 and before school started I was 127 pounds and I was finally getting back to weight lifting regularly, now ever since school started I am down to 119 pounds. I have lost 8 pounds, which is a lot of weight for not trying to actually lose weight. I'm starting to get worried, I have had to eat even more than I normally do today because today I pooped a lot so I had to make up for it by just eating and eating. Do I have some kind of stomach virus or something? I need to get my weight back up, my face looks a lot more like a skeleton now and I just look very unhealthy.

you said it yourself. you have a fast metabolism. its normal. just drink protein shakes. dont have to eat more
