No contact order.. temporary or permanent?

I lied to the cop in my initial statement. I made up most of the story which caused him to be arrested. I turned myself in this morning after his arraignment and am waiting until tuesday to find out if charges will be pressed against me or not. What I did was wrong, yes. I know this. My boyfriend was released early because I admitted to lying about the whole thing except the basic story. I was told by the DA that his charges will most likely be dropped, but he is still on house arrest until his review hearing in two weeks. No contact order. My question is, will the no contact order go away at the review hearing unless we are told otherwise, or will it remain until charges are gone? Also, I am 27 weeks pregnant and a high risk pregnancy. My doctor believes that I could go into labor anytime after 30 weeks because of what i have going on with my body. Yes, he is the father. I really would like him there when I have the baby, but I am unsure as to how long the no contact order is in place

Update:

really? I was told if I didn't lie about what happened then my baby was going to be taken from me... by my own mother and by the cop. So please explain to me why im a ***** for trying to keep my son with me. I am looking for an answer. that is all. I do not need advice on my son's life, my own life, or my boyfriend's life for that matter.
