Well my friend told me today that 6 boys from her school have been grabbing her butt, and other places, and telling her things that she doesn't like. She says that teachers have seen it but they think that they are going out and don't care. What could she sue the boys for? Could she sue the school? I know that if the school doesn't do anything when/if she tells them she can sue them. But I want to know what she could prosucute these boys for. And where would they go? What would happen to them. I care about her so much. She won't tell me there names, she is just very set on not telling anyone.

If teachers have seen this happening and done nothing, she should file a complaint with the Board of Education for her area. This is who the schools answer to. If nothing is done, I would then get an attorney and let him file whatever complaints are necessary. He will also know what charges to file for. I would think that for starters it would be considered sexual harassment, sexual assault, and accessory to the above on the part of the teachers and school. Tell her she needs to report it. It is inappropriate behavior, but she will have to stand up for herself or they'll keep doing it. If they continue to get away with it, it may on day escalate into something much worse.
It needs to be reported to the school principle. Specifically the teachers that did nothing must be reported as well as the assailants by name. If the principle doesn't take action the school can be sued. The boys that make physical contact can be reported to police, especially if the school doesn't take action. The police will go to the boys house and give them a good scare usually. This will get it through their thick heads its not OK and usually takes care of the problem. It may sound extreme but the boys get in no real trouble and you will save a lot of young girls from a lot of grief this way. If after all this no one is willing to act, I really would sue that school. Its their job to protect the students but they must be made aware of the problem or they can't be held responsible.
First your friend must tell the persons to stop and do not continue the act. Then she must notify her teacher as well as her parents of the incidence. If the agrresseors continue, the she and her parents need to scedule a meeting with the principle of the school. If it continues after that, her parents may press charges. They can even do inform the principle now to nip it in the bud. She must tell now.
It sound like she believes in some way it is her fault that those boys are attacking her and judging by the way the school is reacting they are not helping I would try first to talk to her and get her to believe it is not her fault then get her parents involved. The sad truth is only she can help herself and she needs to before she is scared for life
tell her to kick them in the balls!!! seriously. kick the **** out of them and to hell if she gets into trouble. if she does, call the news. i'm sure your community would be interested in knowing that this sort of thing is going on. and she's be the one to have the guts to bring attention to it.
The complaint needs to be documented
sue them
