I've been looking for a viable way of reporting an issue with the new PS4 system directly to sony. However, I am unable to find a way.
The issue I'm wanting to report regards a problem with the Netflix app and the loss of connection to wireless internet.
More in depth, while watching Netflix (and more users may be experiencing this problem) if you lose connection to your wifi connection, your PS4 will freeze within the app, leaving you unable to do anything but unplug the power supply to the console. If I could simply turn off the power via controller, I wouldn't worry about this.
However, unplugging the power supply while the console is still on concerns me as it can lead to greater problems to worry about. Such as data corruption, or even leading to the "blue light of death"
So if anyone has information regarding the whereabouts of reporting such a concerning issue, I would greatly appreciate it.

you need to contact sony.. Im sure they have some kind of customer service line or tech support to address this issue.
