well normally that would be a crash diet it is not naturally healthy to loose a ton of weight really fast.
2 pounds a day is ok but for how long??
here is the diet I am on.. its only 7 days but done right 3 of my friends did it for 7 days and lost 8-12 lbs on it.. its not bad for you as you are still eating and eating very healthy even.
